Modifying and replacing product numbers in the program
You may wish to use the program with a new product number. It means that the current product number needs to be replaced for a given company. Proceed as follows.

Before starting, go to Maintenance/Database backup and recovery and perform a database backup.

You can replace the product number if you are logged in as a system admin. Use the Maintenance/Product numbers option. The Product numbers option shows up between Change company and Colleagues.

The company’s active product number (or numbers) is visible in the Product numbers window. Use the Add button to activate a new product number for the company. If necessary, you can remove a product number by using the Delete button.
Click on the OK button to confirm your changes.
