Navigating in the program

A ribbon is displayed in the upper section of the program screen. This ribbon shows the main menu items of the application. When clicking on these main menu items, you can browse program features pertaining to a category.

Specific features are accessible by clicking on icons located in the ribbon. These program features open further down into the middle section of the screen, and they display lists showing detailed data. Icons on top of the lists feature the most important filtering, printing, and deleting possibilities. These possibilities are accessible by right clicking on any list item too.

Search boxes can be used for searching lists and Knowledge Base posts. Detailed data for list items can be found at the bottom part of the screen.

Uploading master data

It is worth devoting some time to upload master data, prior to „live” system use. These settings help you format your vouchers as required by your company image. Essential  generic data can be uploaded here. You can begin with parameterization, if you click on the Master data icon of the Maintenance menu.

Using the New quick menu

Do you want fast access to the menu items to create your vouchers? Use the New quick menu, and issuing your vouchers will be easy, and you don’t have to rummage among other menu items. The New quick menu is a feature that you can always rely on.

Do you have questions about program use?

The context-sensitive help can be accessed by using the [F1] function key. You can instantly view the most important instructions about the currently used program feature. (The Knowledge Base requires an active internet connection).
