Entering a new company, deleting a company

The program provides you wih the possibility of managing invoicing and inventories of multiple companies on one PC.
To do so, you do not need to reinstall the software. You can register the new company using another valid licence and product number.

You can register a new company using Maintenance/Companies. The Company list shows up and you can click on the New (Plus) icon to register the new company.

When you click on OK, the new company is registered.

This newly registered company can be put to use via Maintenance/Change company. When you log in for the first time, the Enter initial data pane shows up. Use this pane to enter the company data. (A similar screen shows up.)

Deleting a company:
If you want to delete a company, go to Maintenance/Companies. Select the company to delete from the company list and click on Delete.

When you click on Delete, the program prompts you if you are sure to delete the selected company.

If you choose Yes, the program displays a confirmation window. At Confirm company, you need to type the name of the company to delete. The company gets deleted when you click on OK.
