Entering a new partner
Partner and product master data can be uploaded manually, or you can use the data import feature, allowing you to import your data from Excel sheets in just a couple of seconds.
Registering your partners and products   is one of the first steps when you start using the program.
If partner masters and product masters are filled out, while issuing vouchers, it is possible to select from pre-set partner and product lists as to which partners and/or products should appear on your vouchers.
New partners can be entered via Partner management, Partners. When clicking on the New partner icon, a partner editing window appears. In this window, you can specify required data.
It is not mandatory to fill out every field. By default, Name and Headquarters cannot be blank. However, it is also possible to make other fields compulsory. To do so, click on the last icon of the icon bar, located on top of the data entry window. A small pop-up window shows up. Here you can tick the items that you wish to make compulsory.
After filling out Master data, you can  specify partner headquarters, phone, fax, email, and website at Contacts.
Once Headquarters are specified, you can view it with Google Maps. Click on the icon at Headquarters. This feature is only available with an active internet connection.

Once you have finished entering data, click on theSave and close icon to save your data and close the window.
If you click on the Save icon, your data will be saved, but the window will remain open, and you can enter additional data.
